Born in Portugal, Victor was raised amid the practical yet beautiful features such as stone tile, used in designs that emphasize sweeping arches and open interiors. Not surprisingly, he has used these features with success over more than 23 years of quality home building.
Beyond the obvious beauty of Premier's homes, the company brings a passionate commitment to customer service. Victor, who also boasts successful experience in corporate management, brings a respect for time management and customer convenience that is the epitome of modern efficiency. His techniques are diverse, but the results come down to old-fashioned customer service.
"We understand everyone is busy," Victor explained. "Especially in today's world, time is critical. That's why we work with our customers on their time schedule. We meet the demands of our clients and I think that is one reason we are so successful."
Janet joined Victor in both business and life with their marriage seven years ago. With a degree in law, she sees client service with the same emphasis as her husband.
"The open rooms and extenstive use of tile is very striking," Janet explained. "It's also very practical, which is another reason I believe it's becoming more popular in this area."
The techniques are not static, however, Victor and Janet enjoy travel and have toured homes not only in France, Spain and Portugal, but in countries such as Brazil, which also boasts a strong Portuguese influence. As a result, their homes reflect cutting edge trends as well as proven techniques.
The combination of skill and personal commitment has brought success for the couple and their company. With a sterling reputation and a growing list of satisfied customers, they have succeeded almost completely with word of mouth marketing and referrals. Although growth is part of their plan, they intend to keep the strengths that have made them successful.
