Developers David and John Barth have one of Platte County's finest and largest master planned communities, Seven Bridges, with over 1,350 acres now under development. Amenities are to include a large scale multi-purpose club house, paved walking trails, numerous pools, sports fields, fire pit and much more.

Seven Bridges is located south of Platte City. Platte City, with a population of 4,913, is the county seat for Platte County. Significant growth has been seen in restaurants and retail shopping. Of interest to history buffs are the Platte County Courthouse, built in 1867, and the Ben Ferrel Platte County Museum, an 1882 Victorian mini mansion and replica of the Governor’s Mansion in Jefferson City.

Directions: Seven Bridges is west of Kansas City International Airport on the east side of Hwy. N, approximately 1/2 mile north east of the Cable Bridge Road.
